Kevin took over the running of JMI from his father, John Masefield back in 2000. He’s Ex-Navy, a perfectionist, and a font of all knowledge about pretty much all things windows. Always on hand when you need him.
Dad and taxi service to Jack and George and married to Diane in Admin. He has no spare time, but if he did, he would probably play golf. Kevin’s a real family man.
Dean has been an integral staff member at JMI since 1999 and he's a real people person. He surveys, orders and schedules all the incoming work and looks after the installation teams. He can often be seen out and about on site, chatting to customers and making sure everything is running smoothly and all is going to plan.
Dean is married to Cathy, and has two grown up sons. He loves a game of golf, or indeed any sport and he doesn’t like vegetables.
Sharon has been with JMI for over 20 years and is either in the showroom or out and about meeting customers to discuss their projects. Sharon is design led, keeping a keen eye on trends in the ever changing world of home improvements, ensuring JMI are offering what customers want now, and in the future.
Sharon is married to Ian and is mum to Eve, loves gardening and shopping, but doesn’t like the cold weather or creepy crawlies.
David works alongside Sharon in Sales, and has been with JMI for over 15 years. A good listener, he is on hand in the showroom for advice or, by appointment to discuss your project.
Dad of three, he also enjoys a game of golf and supports Leeds. David likes crisps.
Diane Masefield looks after JMI’s busy administrative department and the day to day running of JMI behind the scenes, as well as the Window Doctor Repair Service, and she is assisted by longstanding member of staff, Wendy.
Diane is married to Kevin, and mum to Jack and George. Diane, like any working mum, enjoys a bit of peace when not at JMI or running around after her two boys and lively dog, Tilly. Diane loves gardening but really doesn’t like spiders.
Greg is JMI’s busy Window Doctor. If you are having problems with your double glazed units, need a repair to a window or a door – he’s your man.
Perhaps the most important people in our team - experienced, dedicated, conscientious, tidy and courteous. Their aim is simply to have a happy customer on completion of each installation.
