Hi, I would just like to thank you and your team for the service you gave us replacing our front door. We couldn't have asked for better, from start to finish. The measurements and order were placed the same day I phoned. Once I phoned to arrange fitting, a team came the same day. The lads that fitted the door were very polite and considerate and paid great attention to detail. There was a slight hiccup when the new lock wasn't with the door, the lads had to fit the original lock, with a promise to post the new one out to us. As I couldn't unlock the door myself (when the door was closed) I had to phone your office, and yet again, the problem was sorted, with the new lock being fitted before I came home from work.
