"We just wanted to say what a fantastic job the fitters did and they really are a credit to your company. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends. Mr & Mrs Lloyd- Knight

Dear JMI Upon your invitation to comment on my recent installation - i couldn't be more pleased with the result. Your fitters, Morris & Jack, have made a splendid job of a difficult installation. I would like to add that they worked in miserably cold & wet weather but somehow remained cheerful. Mr Blight 12.3.18

Hi Sharon, Just a note to say we are very pleased with the windows and also with the fitters, who did a great job. They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day and were very helpful. Regards, Nick.

Hi, I would just like to thank you and your team for the service you gave us replacing our front door. We couldn't have asked for better, from start to finish. The measurements and order were placed the same day I phoned. Once I phoned to arrange fitting, a team came the same day. The lads that fitted the door were very polite and considerate and paid great attention to detail. There was a slight hiccup when the new lock wasn't with the door, the lads had to fit the original lock, with a promise to post the new one out to us. As I couldn't unlock the door myself (when the door was closed) I had to phone your office, and yet again, the problem was sorted, with the new lock being fitted before I came home from work. Thank you for a wonderful, service. A service one doesn't find very often. Kind Regards Sue Price

Hi Sharon, Just wanted to let you know that we are delighted with our three new doors. Thank you for asking so many questions to get everything absolutely right. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the fitters who did an amazing job and worked really hard. Mrs L Hill.

To JMI, Thank you for your professional services and completion of replacement windows through out and to our entire satisfaction. Mr & Mrs Bunch

Dear JMI, Thank you for your excellent service throughout my recent purchase and installation or a new Rockdoor. The whole process was smooth and efficient and very professional. The fitters arrived on time and were tidy and clean, and their standard of work was very high.
